Exterior Flat Sawing

From underground utility installation or pavement repairs, Diamond Cut, Inc. features state-of-the-art diamond blades that can easily cut pavement up to 24" thick. When removing existing sections of pavement or concrete, not only must a full-depth saw guard against damage to the pavement around it, but it also must provide a smooth and vertical face for installations. Along with our wet vac pick-up system and our water-cooled diamond blades, Diamond Cut, Inc. can ensure that our cuts will be made with precision and have minimal impact.

Interior Flat Sawing

While sawing floors and concrete inside a building can be a bit of a challenge to overcome, Diamond Cut, Inc. uses hydraulic and electric powered saws to complete the task without the need for gasoline or diesel fuel. These fumes could be quite overbearing in interior buildings, such as hospitals, schools, and office buildings. With these hydraulic and electric-powered saws, our contractors can get the job done efficiently without depleting the oxygen.

Wall Sawing

Not only do our track-mounted wall saws reduce operator fatigue and produce straighter and cleaner cuts than hand sawing methods, but these saws are also able to cut 33" deep. With the ability to cut flush against an adjacent wall, floor, or ceiling, Diamond Cut, Inc. will utilize this method under the following criteria:

  • Tough material that slows down cutting speeds
  • A large amount of reinforced steel
  • Concrete too thick to handle hand saws (10" inches)
  • Long and straight cuts for retaining walls and foundations
  • If finished cuts are exposed
  • If the cuts need to be flush with the wall, floor, and ceiling

Wire Sawing

Able to cut massive concrete structures, Wire Sawing can remove parts of a structure without causing any damage to the rest of the structure. Diamond Cut, Inc. uses this method if the structure being cut has steel incorporated in its concrete, when a part needs to be removed from a massive design, or when an opening is required to be made in extremely thick floors and walls.

Circular Wire Sawing

When both sides of the concrete structure are accessible, our contractors will use this method to cut circular holes over 30" in diameter through thick concrete and walls. Holes from 30" to 96" can also be cut in walls from 24" and more. This method saves time and money versus conventional sawing methods.

Hand Sawing

Whether you want to install egress windows or need curb cutting, our contractors will hand saw smaller projects due to its efficiency and cost-effective savings than our other sawing methods. With the ability to cut walls and floors up to 10" deep, hand sawing can access small and tight areas like Plumbing, HVAC, and Electrical openings.
